This is HPN-1301 34.93*50.8*7.95mm VITON TCV High Pressure Oil Seal  , mainly used in Shaft of Hydraulic pump, especially is  for Vickers Hydraulic Pump Motor PVH57 . those pumps usually are usred in roader roller, land scraper, shovel loader, self-discharging car, mixer truck and excavators etc. 
 
Medium pressure seals, such as the Type TCV, for applications up to 50psi (3.5kg/cm2), is recommended. Pressure limit is dependent on shaft speed.Available for shaft diameters less than 2.500'' (65mm)
